How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-4 business days via tracked courier. International orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days depending on destination.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50. Orders under £50 incur a flat £4.95 delivery charge. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. Please visit our Returns page to initiate a return.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the item you would like instead.
Products
Are your products handmade?
Many of our pieces are handmade or hand-finished by skilled artisans. Where this is the case, it is noted in the product description. Slight variations in colour, texture, or form are a natural characteristic of handmade goods.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Gift wrapping is available at checkout for a small additional charge. We use natural kraft paper and ribbon — no plastic.
