Our Returns Promise
We want you to love every piece you purchase from Home of A'Dam. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In their original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
We are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@homeofadam.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@homeofadam.com. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.
