UK Delivery
We dispatch within 1–2 business days of your order, and email you a tracking number as soon as it ships. Delivery typically takes up to 10–20 working days — though many UK-stocked items arrive much sooner, often within a week. Imported specialty pieces (such as some faux florals) sit at the longer end of that range.
Free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50.
£4.95 flat rate for UK orders under £50.
International Delivery
We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and typically take 14–25 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or control these charges.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packed in plastic-free, recyclable materials. Fragile items are wrapped with additional protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
