Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.

UK orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days of dispatch. If you haven't received your tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Common Questions

I haven't received a tracking email. Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, get in touch and we'll resend it.
My tracking shows no movement. It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan your parcel after dispatch. Give it a little time, then try again.
My order shows as delivered but I haven't received it. Check with neighbours and your local sorting office. If you still can't locate it, contact us immediately.
