Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.
UK orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days of dispatch. If you haven't received your tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Common Questions
- I haven't received a tracking email. Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, get in touch and we'll resend it.
- My tracking shows no movement. It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan your parcel after dispatch. Give it a little time, then try again.
- My order shows as delivered but I haven't received it. Check with neighbours and your local sorting office. If you still can't locate it, contact us immediately.
